In order to use Famrut Platform, it is necessary to collect information concerning the entity holding the Famrut Platform User account (“Account”) and the individual representing it, as well as their communication for the purposes expressly set out in this Privacy Policy.

Famrut Platform privileges information on the Users and transparency in the use of its platform, which is why we kindly ask you to carefully read the conditions contained in this document, in which we inform you not only how we process personal data, its purposes, means and conditions for communication thereof, but also of your rights as Users.

Famrut- Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once the order is placed on Famrut, the order details will be shared with the seller. It is the seller’s responsibility to pack and ship the product in neat and proper condition in order to deliver the same to the buyer without any damage.
Famurt is not liable for any delay in delivery by the seller.
The expected delivery timeline will be between 7 to 15 working days post confirmation of the order by the seller.
Famrut cannot hold liable for delay in dispatching the order by the seller due to an unforeseen circumstance.
Delivery of all orders will be done at registered address of the buyer (Unless specified at the time of Order).
Famrut is not responsible for any damage to the shipment/order during transit to the buyer.
All shipments/items/orders (including gifts) will be shipped by the seller with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Orders are shipped by the seller through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders shall be shipped within 7-10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, Delivery of the shipment is subject to seller’s Courier Company /post office norms.
Famrut will help the buyer in case of any disputes raised at the time of delivery. The order(s) may also be verified further by our customer experience team.
Buyer shall enter detailed and correct shipping address (Street number and name, landmark, City, State, and Pin code).
Buyer would be liable to pay the charges for re-delivering the product, if the order has not delivered and returned due to its unavailability.
The Company/Website does not track the shipment or follow up with the third-party logistics companies which the seller has tied up with.
Order could be cancelled if it does not matches the billing address provided by the buyer

Overall Impression: A pale, somewhat spicy, dry, strong Trappist ale with a pleasant rounded malt flavor and firm bitterness. Quite aromatic, with spicy, fruity, and light alcohol notes combining with the supportive clean malt character to produce a surprisingly drinkable beverage considering the high alcohol level.
