(Return and Exchange Policy)

We endeavour to provide the best quality products every single time you order with us. Famrut's Return and Exchange Policy offers no return of goods once delivered. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of product or receipt of a defective or expired item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the product in our stock and will be dependent on the sellers return and exchange policy.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original labels and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  2. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
  3. In case you had purchased a product which has a free gift/offer/reward points associated with it and you wish to return the item, maximum of Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it
  4. If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All returns, exchange, refunds in such cases will be initiated only after actual receipt of return. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  6. Perishable goods (such as seeds and flowers) cannot be returned, if the packet is opened or damaged.
  7. Products must be returned within 07 days from the day of delivery, to return your purchase,

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at getintouch@famrut.com and send your item to:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via e mail at getintouch@famrut.com within 24 Hrs of the purchase. As soon as we receive your cancellation order, we will initiate your refund within fifteen working days. The refund will be done via original method of the payment.
The seller and the end-customers have the option to cancel the order only in case when he has placed the order and Supplier is yet to Dispatch the order. The Supplier gets 48 hours to process the order.
Also, when the product is delivered to the end-customer, the end-customer has the option to arrange for a return within 7 days of delivery of the product. The return will be done as long as it is unused, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.
Once the return is scheduled by the end-customer, company will get the pickup done by the logistics partner.

REFUND POLICY

Once the cancellation is done by the end-customer, we initiate the refund within 3-4 working days. The end-customer will receive the refund in his back account within 10-15 working days after the return request is initiated.
